Villa Zai is offered exclusively as a fully staffed private estate, ensuring complete privacy across its expansive headland setting between Kata and Karon.
In alignment with The Grand Key standards, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, the full rental amount is payable at confirmation.
A professional team of sixteen staff members, including a private chef, provides daily housekeeping, concierge support and evening turndown service. Roundtrip airport transfers are included for added convenience. Food and beverages are charged separately according to preference, and additional services such as in-house spa treatments, laundry, car rental and private drivers can be arranged upon request.
Safety deposit boxes are installed in every bedroom, and baby cots and highchairs are available for families travelling with young children. The estate benefits from 24-hour security within its gated setting.
