Villa Thalassa is offered as an exclusive private estate, reserved entirely for you and your guests. It is ideally suited to families and group stays seeking a refined beachfront experience in Mykonos.
To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% balance due no later than 90 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, the full rental amount is payable upon confirmation.
A refundable security deposit will be required prior to arrival and returned following departure, subject to a satisfactory post-stay inspection. Concierge services and bespoke arrangements are tailored to each stay and charged separately unless otherwise agreed.
