Villa T is offered on an exclusive-use basis, accommodating up to 14 guests across six bedrooms. A formal booking agreement, staged payment schedule, and security deposit or pre-authorisation are required in accordance with The Grand Key booking standards.
The rate includes VAT and tourist taxes, welcome amenities, 24/7 concierge assistance, housekeeping service, pool and garden maintenance, and regular linen and towel changes. Additional services such as private chef, butler, nanny, villa pre-stocking, airport transfers, wellness treatments, boat charters, jet skis, paddle boards, and curated excursions can be arranged upon request and may incur additional cost.
