Home Policies
The villa is offered as an exclusive private residence, reserved entirely for you and your guests. It is designed for those seeking privacy, elevated comfort, and refined amenities within one of Mykonos’ most prestigious settings.
To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% balance due no later than 90 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, the full rental amount is payable upon confirmation.
A refundable security deposit will be required before arrival and returned following departure, subject to a satisfactory post-stay inspection. Concierge services and bespoke arrangements are tailored to each stay and charged separately unless otherwise agreed.
