Villa Sawarin is offered exclusively as a fully staffed private estate within a secure gated community on Cape Yamu.

In alignment with The Grand Key standards, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, the full rental amount is payable at confirmation.

A dedicated team of six staff members, including a private chef, provides daily housekeeping, concierge assistance and evening turndown service. Complimentary roundtrip airport transfers are included for added convenience. Food and beverages are charged separately according to preference, and additional services such as in-house spa treatments, car rental, private drivers, laundry and curated wine selections can be arranged upon request.
