Villa Raku is offered exclusively as a fully staffed private residence, ensuring privacy and attentive service throughout your stay on Koh Samui.

In alignment with The Grand Key standards, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, the full rental amount is payable at confirmation.

A dedicated team of three staff members, including a private chef, provides daily housekeeping, breakfast service and evening turndown. Complimentary continental or Asian breakfast is served each morning between 7:00 am and 11:00 am. Food and beverages beyond breakfast are charged separately according to preference.

Roundtrip airport transfers are included for added convenience. Additional services such as in-house massage, car hire, private drivers, laundry and curated wine selections can be arranged upon request.

The villa benefits from 24-hour security. Safety deposit boxes are installed in every bedroom, and baby cots and highchairs are available for families travelling with young children.
