The villa is offered as an exclusive private residence, reserved entirely for you and your guests. It is ideally suited to those seeking privacy, tranquillity, and a slower rhythm of island life.
To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% balance due no later than 90 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, the full rental amount is payable upon confirmation.
A refundable security deposit will be required before arrival and returned following departure, subject to a satisfactory post-stay inspection. Curated services and concierge arrangements are tailored to each stay and charged separately unless otherwise agreed.

Though the setting feels wonderfully secluded along the coast of Tsaggari in Mykonos, the island’s main beaches, dining destinations, and nightlife are only a short drive away.
