Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 11am. Minimum stay applies during peak seasons. A refundable security deposit is required. No smoking inside the property. Pets considered on request.

Approximately 15 minutes to Miami Beach via the 79th Street Causeway, 10 minutes to Wynwood and the Design District, 15–20 minutes to Downtown Miami and Brickell, and around 20 minutes to Miami International Airport (traffic dependent). A car is recommended; private chauffeur service can be arranged through our concierge.
House Rules
No parties or events without prior written approval. Maximum occupancy 12 guests as listed; any additional visitors must be approved in advance. Quiet hours observed from 10pm. Guests are asked to treat the home and its furnishings with care.
