Home Policies
The villa is offered as an exclusive private residence, reserved entirely for you and your guests.
To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 90 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, the full rental amount is payable upon confirmation.
A refundable security deposit will be required before arrival and is returned following departure, subject to a satisfactory post-stay inspection. Concierge services and bespoke arrangements are charged separately unless otherwise agreed.
