Home Policies
Villa Horizon is offered exclusively as a fully staffed private residence within a secure gated estate along Millionaires’ Mile.
In alignment with The Grand Key standards, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, the full rental amount is payable at confirmation.
A dedicated villa team, including a private chef, housekeepers and villa manager, provides attentive and discreet service throughout your stay. A daily complimentary continental or Asian breakfast is served between 7:00 am and 11:00 am. Food and beverages beyond breakfast are charged separately according to preference.
Roundtrip airport transfers are included for added convenience. Additional services such as in-house spa treatments, laundry, car rental and private drivers can be arranged upon request.
The villa is located within a gated community with 24-hour estate security. Safety deposit boxes are installed in every bedroom, and baby cots and highchairs are available for families travelling with young children.

Guests are asked to respect the tranquillity of the estate and neighbouring residences. External events or larger functions must be discussed and agreed in advance. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.
Children are warmly welcomed and should be supervised around the infinity pool, Jacuzzis and terraces at all times. All leisure facilities are to be used responsibly to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
