Villa Chelay is offered exclusively as a private, fully staffed residence within a secure gated estate along Millionaires’ Mile.
In alignment with The Grand Key standards, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, the full rental amount is payable at confirmation.
A full-time villa team provides daily housekeeping and attentive service throughout your stay. A private chef can prepare bespoke meals, with food and beverages charged separately according to preference. Additional services, including in-villa spa treatments, laundry and private transport, can be arranged upon request.
Safety deposit boxes are installed in every bedroom, and baby cots and highchairs are available for families travelling with young children.
