Home Policies
The villa is offered as an exclusive private residence, reserved entirely for you and your guests.
To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 90 days prior to arrival.
For bookings made within 90 days of the scheduled arrival date, the full rental amount is payable at the time of confirmation.
A refundable security deposit will be required in advance of arrival. This is held against accidental damage, excessive cleaning, or any breach of agreed house terms. The security deposit is returned promptly following departure, subject to a satisfactory post-stay inspection.
All concierge services, staffing, and bespoke arrangements are charged separately unless otherwise agreed in writing.
