Home Policies
Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 11am. Minimum stay applies during peak seasons. A refundable security deposit is required. No smoking inside the property. Pets considered on request.

Approximately 15 minutes to Coral Gables and the Miracle Mile, 15 to 20 minutes to Brickell and Downtown Miami, 20 minutes to Miami International Airport, and 25 to 30 minutes to South Beach, traffic dependent. A car is recommended; private chauffeur service can be arranged through our concierge.
House Rules
No parties or events without prior written approval. Maximum occupancy 16 guests as listed; any additional visitors must be approved in advance. Quiet hours observed from 10pm. Guests are asked to treat the home and its furnishings with care.
