Villa Boonta is offered exclusively as a private beachfront residence, ensuring complete privacy across its expansive 4,000 square metre estate.
In alignment with The Grand Key standards, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, the full rental amount is payable at confirmation.
A professional in-villa team of four, including a private chef, provides daily housekeeping and personalised guest services throughout your stay. Food and beverages are charged separately according to preference. Additional services such as in-house massage, laundry, and bespoke experiences can be arranged upon request.
Safety deposit boxes are provided in every bedroom. A baby cot and highchair are available for families travelling with young children.
