A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance payable prior to arrival. Pool opening dates are seasonal and may be extended upon request where possible.

Tenuta Bongi enjoys a superb location just eight minutes from the centre of Lucca, allowing guests to experience the city's historic walls, restaurants and boutiques with ease. Pisa can be reached in approximately twenty minutes, while Florence is comfortably accessible for a day of sightseeing and culture. The beaches of Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio are less than forty minutes away, offering the perfect opportunity to combine countryside living with time on the coast.
