Villa Aye is offered exclusively as a private residence within the secure Cape Amarin estate, ensuring complete privacy and peace of mind throughout your stay.
In alignment with The Grand Key standards, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, the full rental amount is payable at confirmation.
A dedicated in-villa team provides daily housekeeping, concierge assistance and discreet service throughout your stay. A private chef is available to prepare bespoke meals, with food and beverages charged separately according to preference. Roundtrip airport transfers can be arranged upon request, along with car rental, private drivers and in-house wellness treatments.
The estate benefits from 24-hour security. Safety deposit boxes are installed in each bedroom, and baby cots and highchairs are available for families travelling with young children.
