Home Policies
Villa Anda is offered as an exclusive private residence, allowing guests complete privacy within one of Phuket’s most desirable beachfront settings.
In alignment with The Grand Key standards, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, the full rental amount is payable at confirmation.
Daily housekeeping, turndown service and a private chef are included in your stay, with food charged separately according to preference. Roundtrip airport transfers are provided for added convenience. Additional services such as in-house massage, car rental and private van with driver can be arranged upon request.
The villa is located within a secure environment and includes safety deposit boxes in all bedrooms. A baby cot and high chair are available for families travelling with young children.
