Home Policies
Villa Anda is offered as an exclusive private beachfront residence, reserved entirely for you and your guests. The villa includes dedicated staff to ensure a seamless and relaxed stay.
To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due no later than 90 days prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed. A refundable security deposit may be required prior to check-in and will be returned following departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection.

Situated in Kamala on the west coast of Phuket, Villa Anda offers direct beach access while remaining within convenient reach of Phuket’s dining scene, beach clubs, and entertainment venues. Patong is a short drive away for nightlife and additional attractions. Private airport transfers, car rental, and chauffeur services can be arranged to ensure effortless travel across the island.
