The main house features five beautifully appointed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, televisions, air conditioning, and sweeping Adriatic vistas.

Laundry facilities including a washer, dryer, ironing equipment, and regular linen and towel changes ensure convenience throughout the stay.

Villa Amelie is offered on an exclusive-use basis and accommodates up to 14 guests across seven bedrooms. Reservations are confirmed through a formal booking agreement with staged payments and a security deposit or card pre-authorisation in line with The Grand Key booking standards.
The rate includes villa accommodation, welcome amenities, housekeeping service, and regular linen and towel changes. Additional services such as airport transfers, villa pre-stocking, private chefs, butlers, childcare, beauty and wellness treatments, boat charters, jet skis, kayaks, paddle boards, and curated excursions can be arranged upon request and may incur additional cost.
