Home Policies
Villa Amankara is offered as an exclusive private residence with dedicated staffing, including a private chef. The villa is reserved entirely for you and your guests. Food and beverages are charged separately based on pre-arrival preferences and in-villa consumption. Safety deposit boxes are provided in every bedroom for added security and peace of mind.
To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due no later than 90 days prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed. A refundable security deposit may be required prior to check-in and will be returned following departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection.
Location & Getting Around
Located within the Katamanda Estate in Phuket, the villa includes roundtrip airport transfers for a seamless arrival and departure experience. Car rental and a private van with driver can be arranged on request. Guests also have access to a shared tennis court within the estate.
House Rules
Standard villa guidelines apply to preserve the condition and tranquillity of the property. Occupancy is limited to registered guests only. Children are welcome, with a baby cot and high chair available upon request.
