Home Policies
Villa Amalia is offered on an exclusive-use basis, ensuring complete privacy for your group throughout your stay. A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure the reservation, with the remaining balance payable in line with The Grand Key booking terms.
Rates include private chef service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner preparation, butler service, daily housekeeping with morning turndown, one complimentary airport transfer on arrival and departure, and welcome refreshments. A grocery and provisioning allowance of $75 USD per person, per day applies for ingredients, with additional costs for premium or special requests.
As with all Grand Key residences, a security deposit or pre-authorisation may be required prior to arrival to cover incidental damages. Event hosting, including weddings or celebrations, must be agreed in advance and may incur an additional event fee depending on guest numbers, suppliers, and scope.
Location & Getting Around
Villa Amalia is set directly on the shoreline of Saint Martin, just minutes from Philipsburg. The beaches and water sports of Orient Bay are approximately 15 minutes away, while the renowned restaurants of Grand Case can be reached in around 20 minutes.
One return airport transfer is included within the rate. Additional chauffeured vehicles, luxury car hire, private yacht charters, and helicopter transfers can be arranged through The Grand Key concierge team.

Guest occupancy must not exceed the agreed maximum unless formally authorised in writing.
Events, amplified music, or third-party suppliers must be approved prior to arrival.
Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.
Children are welcome, though supervision is required at all times around the multi-level pool and direct beach access.
External catering is not required, as private chef service is included, though special culinary arrangements can be discussed in advance.
