Perched above the countryside surrounding Noto, Casa Verità has been thoughtfully designed to frame the landscape from every angle. Large openings and carefully positioned living spaces create a constant connection between the interiors, the surrounding hills and the Mediterranean beyond.

At the heart of the villa sits a generous kitchen and dining area, anchored by an impressive chestnut dining table. The fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto a large covered veranda complete with barbecue facilities and outdoor dining areas, while a separate gazebo overlooking the pool provides another space for long lunches and sunset dinners.

The living room features a striking decorative tiled wall and floor-to-ceiling views across the countryside and sea. Three bedrooms occupy the main house, including a principal suite with private bathroom and panoramic sea views. Two further bedrooms share the same sense of calm and connection to the landscape.

A separate poolside annex provides two additional en-suite bedrooms, creating ideal accommodation for extended families or guests seeking additional privacy. The layout allows larger groups to enjoy time together while maintaining their own individual spaces.

Outside, the 18-metre swimming pool forms the centrepiece of the estate. A shallow beach-style entrance, shaded lounge areas and beautifully landscaped gardens planted with native Sicilian species create an atmosphere of complete relaxation. Local stone, Mediterranean planting and uninterrupted views ensure guests remain immersed in the character of southeastern Sicily throughout their stay.
