Townhouse Narcissa is offered as a professionally managed private residence on the Upper East Side in New York City. The home is reserved exclusively for registered guests, ensuring privacy and discretion throughout your stay.
To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% balance due no later than 90 days prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, the full rental amount is payable upon confirmation. A refundable security deposit may be required prior to check-in and will be returned following departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection.
Housekeeping, private chefs, security personnel, chauffeurs, and additional services can be arranged upon request. Arrival and departure times are confirmed in advance to ensure a seamless handover.
