Home Policies
The Hewletts is offered for private stays on an exclusive-use basis, allowing guests to experience the estate with complete privacy.
In alignment with The Grand Key standards, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 90 days of the arrival date, the full rental amount is payable upon confirmation.
Check-in is from 4:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am. The property operates a self check-in system for discretion and ease.
A security deposit may be required during or after the booking process, depending on the nature of the stay. Concierge services, including private dining and bespoke experiences, can be arranged in advance.
