Home Policies
The Aquila Villa is offered exclusively as a private estate within a secure gated community along Millionaires’ Mile.
In alignment with The Grand Key standards, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, the full rental amount is payable at confirmation.
The villa is supported by a dedicated team of ten professional staff, including a private chef. Daily housekeeping, turndown service and guest experience support are included. A complimentary continental or Asian breakfast is served each morning between 7:00 am and 11:00 am, with all additional food and beverages charged separately.
Roundtrip airport transfers are included for added convenience. Additional services such as car rental, private van with driver, in-house massage, laundry and curated wine selections are available upon request.
The estate benefits from 24-hour security. Safety deposit boxes are provided in bedrooms, and baby cots and highchairs are available for families travelling with young children.
