Springkell is offered on an exclusive-use basis, granting full private access to the mansion and its surrounding grounds in Dumfries and Galloway. The property is professionally managed and well suited to large family gatherings, weddings, and group celebrations.
To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due no later than 90 days prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, the full rental amount is payable upon confirmation. A refundable security deposit may be required prior to check-in and will be returned following departure, subject to inspection.
Arrival and departure times are confirmed in advance to ensure the house is fully prepared.

Located near Gretna Green in Dumfries and Galloway, Springkell enjoys a peaceful rural setting while remaining easily accessible from the M6 motorway. Carlisle is approximately 20 minutes away by car, Glasgow and Edinburgh are around 1.5 to 2 hours away, and Manchester Airport can be reached in approximately 2 hours. A car is recommended for exploring the wider region. Private transfers and coaches can be arranged for larger groups or event guests.

Springkell is a historic country mansion and is intended to be enjoyed respectfully as a private residence. Occupancy is limited to registered guests unless otherwise agreed for approved events. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Events and weddings must be arranged in advance and conducted within agreed capacity limits and local licensing regulations.
