Home Policies
The estate is offered as an exclusive private residence for refined stays, private gatherings, and pre-approved events.
In alignment with The Grand Key payment structure, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. The remaining 50% balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, the full rental amount is required upon confirmation.
Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors. A refundable damage deposit applies prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Positioned on Mummy Mountain between Paradise Valley and Scottsdale, the estate enjoys both privacy and proximity. A car is essential for accessing dining, resorts, golf courses, hiking trails, and regional attractions.
