The villa is offered as an exclusive-use private residence on the French Riviera, reserved entirely for one group at a time. The property is professionally managed to ensure a seamless and discreet stay.
To secure a reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% payable no later than 90 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, the full rental amount is due upon confirmation. A refundable security deposit may be requested before check-in and returned following departure, subject to inspection. Arrival and departure times are confirmed in advance to allow full preparation of the estate.
