Home Policies
Necker Island is offered on an exclusive-use basis as a fully staffed private island estate in the British Virgin Islands. Your reservation grants sole occupancy of the island and its villas, supported by a dedicated team including private chefs, watersports instructors, housekeeping, and island management.
To secure the booking, a 50% deposit is required at confirmation, with the remaining 50% balance due no later than 90 days prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, the full rental amount is payable upon confirmation. A refundable security deposit may be required prior to arrival. All catering, beverages, and agreed experiences are outlined in advance within the confirmed rental agreement.
Location & Getting Around
Located in the British Virgin Islands in the Caribbean, Necker Island is accessible via boat or helicopter transfer from Tortola’s Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport. Private charter flights, yacht arrivals, and helicopter transfers can be arranged in advance. All on-island transport is managed by the island team, with electric buggies and guided assistance available throughout your stay.
House Rules
Necker Island is designed to be enjoyed as a private sanctuary. Occupancy is limited to registered guests only unless otherwise agreed for approved events. Guests are asked to respect the island’s wildlife, marine environment, and sustainability practices. Smoking is not permitted inside accommodation.
