The main residence opens onto expansive terraces overlooking the valley below, where guests can enjoy morning coffee while watching clouds drift across the surrounding peaks. Inside, spacious living and dining areas are designed to celebrate the landscape, with large windows and open-air spaces framing panoramic views of the mountains and rainforest.

The main house features expansive living and dining areas designed to frame the surrounding mountain scenery. Warm wooden interiors, vaulted ceilings, and open terraces create relaxed gathering spaces where guests can unwind while overlooking the valleys and rainforest below. Large windows and open architecture allow natural light and cool mountain breezes to flow through the home.
Bedrooms & Laundry
The estate accommodates up to sixteen guests across the main house and two nearby cabins located approximately thirty feet away. Four bedrooms are located in the main house, while the cabins provide additional private accommodation ideal for families. Each room features an en suite bathroom and outdoor seating area overlooking the surrounding landscape. Bedrooms include a combination of king beds and twin configurations to accommodate a variety of group arrangements. Housekeeping and laundry services are provided by the estate’s staff.
Kitchen & Dining
Meals are prepared by the estate’s private culinary team including a chef and sous chef. Guests enjoy traditional Costa Rican cuisine alongside international dishes made using fresh local ingredients, tropical produce, and regional flavours. Dining can be enjoyed indoors or on scenic terraces overlooking the valley.

Home Policies
The estate is available for private rental and accommodates groups of up to twelve guests depending on configuration. Weekly stays are recommended to fully experience the range of activities available across the property.
The rental includes full household staff including concierge, chef, sous chef, waiters, and housekeeping staff. Meals and non alcoholic beverages are also included.
Location & Getting Around
Guests typically arrive via private aircraft or helicopter, with a helipad located on the estate. A nearby private airstrip is approximately fifteen minutes from the property.
