Home Policies

Le Sarto is offered as an exclusive, fully serviced private chalet in Megève, reserved entirely for you and your guests. A dedicated Chalet Manager, daily housekeeping, and concierge services are included with every stay. Breakfast is served each morning, with afternoon tea and evening turndown service provided during the season. In high season, private chef service and an in-resort driver are included to ensure seamless access to the slopes and village.

To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% balance due no later than 90 days prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, the full rental amount is payable upon confirmation. A refundable security deposit may be required prior to check-in and will be returned following departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection.

Geneva Airport is approximately one hour by car, while Lyon Airport can be reached in around two hours. Sallanches train station is approximately 25 minutes away. Private airport transfers and additional transport services can be arranged through concierge.

The chalet is intended to be enjoyed as a private alpine residence and treated with care. Occupancy is limited to registered guests only. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
