At the heart of the property lies the magnificent open loggia from which the estate takes its name. The accommodation has been thoughtfully arranged across the main villa and three independent guest apartments. The main house offers three distinctive suites, including a spacious master bedroom complete with a four-poster bed, private bathroom and Jacuzzi tub. The guest apartments provide additional privacy for couples, extended families or friends travelling together, each benefiting from its own living space and outdoor dining area.
Outside, landscaped gardens surround the villa and lead towards a private swimming pool that enjoys the same spectacular views as the loggia itself. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 42 days before arrival. Pool opening dates are seasonal and may be extended upon request where possible.

La Loggia Estate enjoys a peaceful countryside setting approximately three kilometres from the nearest village, where guests will find local restaurants, cafés and everyday amenities. Lucca's historic centre can be reached in around thirty minutes, offering easy access to the city's famous walls, charming piazzas and excellent dining scene. The wider region, including Pisa, Florence and Tuscany's renowned wine estates, is easily explored by car.

Check-in is available between 4pm and 7pm.
Check-out is before 10am.
Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged upon request and subject to availability.
