Home Policies

Hacienda del Mar Serena is offered as a professionally managed private beachfront estate. Housekeeping is included, with additional services such as private chefs, childcare, wellness practitioners, and bespoke experiences available on request. Arrival and departure times are confirmed in advance to ensure the property is prepared to the highest standard for each stay.

To secure a reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% balance due no later than 90 days prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, the full rental amount is payable upon confirmation. A refundable security deposit may be required prior to check-in and will be returned following departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection.
