Just beyond the rose-coloured walls of Marrakech, hidden within mature gardens and framed by the soft light of the Atlas horizon, Villa Ezzahra unfolds as a private riad of rare scale and quiet grandeur.

Here, traditional Moroccan craftsmanship meets curated artistry. Souk-sourced treasures sit alongside an important collection of contemporary Moroccan works. Rich textiles, carved detailing and open fireplaces create interiors that feel both intimate and quietly opulent.

Designed for exclusive use, the estate accommodates up to 14 guests across seven beautifully appointed en-suite double bedrooms, each with its own dressing room and private terrace. Several rooms feature open fireplaces, adding warmth and character during cooler evenings.

Set slightly apart, the Owner’s Pavilion offers additional privacy, complete with its own sitting room, terrace and plunge pool, sleeping a further two guests.

Outside, the rhythm of the villa slows. A 16 metre swimming pool stretches through the gardens, lined with loungers and Indian daybeds. A vibrant Berber tent provides shaded space for long, leisurely lunches or candlelit dinners. Roof terraces and outdoor dining areas invite sunset aperitifs beneath the Moroccan sky.

Wellness is woven into the experience. A private spa with two treatment rooms and a traditional hammam offers unlimited treatments using Les Sens de Marrakech products and pure Moroccan argan oil. Massages, facials, manicures and pedicures can be enjoyed in the spa, on a terrace, or beside the pool. A fully equipped Technogym gym, paddle tennis court, games room with competition-sized pool table, two media rooms, and a 350 metre jogging track ensure both relaxation and recreation are equally considered.

Dining is curated daily. Guests meet with the chef and estate manager to shape menus inspired by Moroccan and European cuisine, prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Children’s menus are available and dietary requirements can be accommodated.

Service is seamless yet discreet, delivered by a permanent team of 24 staff, including two full-time beauty therapists. The estate manager remains your dedicated point of contact, arranging private guides, experiences and bespoke moments in and around Marrakech.

Rates include exclusive use of the estate, unlimited spa treatments, all meals selected from the à la carte menus, soft drinks, laundry service, pool heating as required, a guided tour of the Medina, and one return airport transfer regardless of group size.

For larger gatherings, Villa Ezzahra may be combined with neighbouring villas on the estate to accommodate up to 29 guests in total. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure dates, and an additional estate fee applies where external event planners are engaged.

The separate Owner’s Pavilion provides an additional private retreat, complete with its own sitting room and terrace overlooking the gardens.

Seven beautifully appointed en-suite double bedrooms are arranged across the main house, each with its own dressing room and private terrace, several featuring open fireplaces for added warmth and character. Textiles, handcrafted details and curated artwork create spaces that feel refined yet deeply personal. The Owner’s Pavilion accommodates a further two guests in complete seclusion. A full laundry service is included, allowing guests to travel light and settle in with ease.

Kitchen & Dining

The professional kitchen is led by an experienced culinary team who curate daily menus in consultation with guests. Moroccan flavours sit effortlessly alongside European influences, with dishes prepared using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Meals can be enjoyed in the formal dining room, beneath the Berber tent in the gardens, or on one of the villa’s terraces as the light fades over Marrakech.

Bathrooms

Each bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom finished in traditional materials and warm tones. The dedicated spa houses two treatment rooms and a traditional hammam, offering an authentic Moroccan wellness experience. Treatments using Les Sens de Marrakech products and pure argan oil can also be enjoyed on shaded terraces or beside the pool.

Two media rooms provide space for relaxed evenings, while a games room with a competition-sized pool table offers light-hearted diversion. Air conditioning ensures comfort during the warmer months, while open fireplaces in the principal living spaces and select bedrooms add warmth and ambience in the evenings. The 16 metre swimming pool can be heated as required.

WiFi is available throughout the estate, allowing guests to remain connected should they wish, though the setting itself encourages a slower pace.

Home Policies

Villa Ezzahra is offered on an exclusive-use basis, ensuring complete privacy for your group throughout your stay. A minimum non-refundable booking fee is required to secure the reservation, with the remaining balance payable in line with The Grand Key booking terms.

Peak season rates apply during April, May, June, October, November and December. Alternative pricing for off-peak months, extended stays, or different group sizes is available on request.

The rate includes full staffing, daily housekeeping, laundry service, unlimited spa treatments, all meals selected from the à la carte menus, soft drinks, pool heating where required, a guided visit to the Medina, and one return airport transfer regardless of group size.

Should external planners or production teams be engaged for a private event or celebration, an additional estate event fee will apply. Any third-party suppliers must be approved in advance by the estate management.

As with all Grand Key residences, a security deposit or pre-authorisation may be required prior to arrival to cover any incidental damages, subject to final booking confirmation.

The estate is set within landscaped gardens just outside Marrakech, offering privacy while remaining within easy reach of the historic Medina and key cultural landmarks.

One return airport transfer is included within the rate. Additional transfers, chauffeured vehicles, security drivers, or luxury car hire can be arranged through The Grand Key concierge team. Helicopter transfers and private aviation support are also available upon request.

Villa Ezzahra is a fully staffed private estate and is to be treated with the respect and discretion befitting a property of this calibre.

The villa is not a nut-free environment, though dietary requirements can be accommodated with prior notice.

Guest numbers must not exceed the agreed occupancy unless formally approved in advance.

Events, celebrations, or amplified music beyond standard residential levels must be discussed and authorised prior to booking.

Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.

Children are welcome, though supervision is required around the pool, gardens, and wellness areas at all times.
