Home Policies
Elysium is offered as an exclusive private residence, designed for refined, wellness-focused stays and intimate gatherings with prior approval.
In alignment with The Grand Key payment structure, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. The remaining 50% balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, the full rental amount is required upon confirmation.
A refundable $1,500 security deposit is required prior to check-in. Children aged 10 and over are welcome. Pets may only be permitted with explicit prior approval. Dedicated concierge services are available throughout your stay.
Location & Getting Around
Located within the elevated Clearview Hills enclave, the home enjoys privacy while remaining well connected. Old Town Scottsdale is approximately 15 minutes away, offering dining, galleries, and boutique shopping. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is around 20 minutes by car.
A car is highly recommended to access hiking trails, golf courses, restaurants, and regional attractions with ease. Concierge services can assist with private transfers and local transport arrangements.
House Rules
Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Early check-in or late departure may be arranged subject to availability and prior confirmation.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors. Events, parties, and unapproved external guests are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours apply after 10:00 pm to preserve the privacy and serenity of the surrounding enclave.
