Home Policies
The home is suitable for wellness-focused stays and quiet gatherings with prior approval. Children aged 10 and over are welcome. Pets are not permitted unless explicitly approved. Concierge services are available.
House Rules
Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors. Events, parties, and unapproved outside guests are not allowed. Quiet hours apply after 10:00 pm. A refundable $1,500 security deposit is required, with a 30 percent non-refundable deposit due at booking and the balance payable 60 days before arrival.

The property is approximately 15 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, around 20 minutes from the airport, and close to local hiking trails. A car is highly recommended for accessing dining, shopping, and regional attractions.
