Bedrooms & Laundry
The property accommodates up to 14 guests across 6 en-suite guest bedrooms. In addition, there is a dedicated children’s room with 4 single beds and a private play area, ideal for family stays. A separate 2-bedroom staff apartment supports full-service operation. Laundry services are managed by the on-site team.
Kitchen & Dining
There is one professional kitchen designed for chef-led service, paired with one formal gourmet dining room suitable for hosted breakfasts and dinners. Dining can also extend to outdoor terrace areas when conditions allow.

Chalet Éclat is offered exclusively as a fully serviced private residence, delivering hotel-style hospitality within the privacy of your own alpine retreat. Professional chalet staff are on site throughout your stay, ensuring seamless service and meticulous attention to detail.
Weekly rentals apply, with rates starting from €80,000 per week. In alignment with The Grand Key policies, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, the full rental amount is payable at confirmation.
The chalet includes dedicated service staff, with concierge support available to arrange ski passes, instructors, equipment hire, restaurant reservations, private transfers, and curated mountain experiences. A refundable security deposit may be required prior to arrival.

Situated in the prestigious Chenus area of Courchevel 1850, Chalet Éclat offers true ski-in ski-out access, allowing guests to step directly onto the slopes and return home with ease at the end of the day.
Courchevel Altiport is just minutes away, while transfers from Geneva Airport typically take approximately 2 to 2.5 hours by car. Helicopter transfers can also be arranged for swift alpine arrivals.

House guidelines are shared prior to arrival to maintain discretion and protect the integrity of the property. The chalet is designed for private residential use and refined gatherings. Larger events or external functions must be agreed in advance.
Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Guests are kindly asked to respect the peaceful alpine setting and neighbouring properties at all times.
