Home Policies
Chalet Lumière is offered as a fully serviced private residence with a dedicated hospitality team, reserved exclusively for your stay.
In alignment with The Grand Key payment structure, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. The remaining 50% balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, the full rental amount is required at the time of confirmation.
Weekly rentals apply, with rates starting from €80,000 per week. All bookings are subject to availability and formal confirmation.

An internal elevator connects all six floors, ensuring comfort and convenience throughout the residence.
