Chalet Infusion delivers a fully catered alpine experience, with dedicated service from a professional chef. On five out of seven nights, guests enjoy an indulgent schedule of hospitality, including à la carte or continental breakfast, afternoon tea, aperitif with champagne and canapés, and a four-course gourmet dinner paired with carefully selected wines. Children’s evening meals are also provided. A thoughtfully curated wine list and champagne selection accompany the dining experience, while a fully stocked bar offers both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks throughout your stay.

Home Policies
Check-in is available from 16:00 on the day of arrival, with check-out no later than 10:00 on the day of departure.
In alignment with The Grand Key policies, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, full payment is required at confirmation.
Chalet Infusion is offered as a professionally managed, fully catered chalet. Catering is provided on five evenings per week, with two staff days off. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival.

Situated just 200 metres from the centre of Méribel Village, Chalet Infusion enjoys convenient access to local restaurants, bars, and shops. The nearby Golf chairlift connects directly to the wider Les Trois Vallées ski domain and Méribel Altiport.
Geneva Airport is approximately 2 to 2.5 hours by car. Private transfers, helicopter arrivals, ski passes, equipment hire, and in-resort transport can be arranged through concierge services to ensure a seamless alpine experience.

Guests are kindly asked to respect the peaceful character of Méribel Village and neighbouring properties. The chalet is intended for private residential use and family or group stays. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.
Spa facilities, including the jacuzzi, sauna, and hammam, should be used responsibly. Ski equipment must be stored in the designated ski area to preserve the interiors.
