Home Policies
Casa Loro is offered as a professionally managed private estate near Pedasí in Panama. The property is reserved exclusively for registered guests, ensuring privacy, security, and a seamless stay within its protected coastal reserve setting.
To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% balance due no later than 90 days prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, the full rental amount is payable upon confirmation. A refundable security deposit may be required prior to check-in and will be returned following departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection.
Housekeeping is included, with private chefs, wellness practitioners, guided excursions, and additional staffing available upon request. Arrival and departure times are confirmed in advance to ensure the estate is fully prepared for your stay.
