Kitchen & Dining

Dining at Capofaro is centred around the renowned SIRA Restaurant, which offers refined Sicilian cuisine rooted in the island’s volcanic soil, sea, and sun. The kitchen follows a “short kilometre” philosophy, growing much of its produce within the estate’s own vegetable gardens. Guests can enjoy tasting menus or à la carte dining inspired by both Sicilian aristocratic cuisine and traditional island cooking. Private cooking classes with the chef are also available.

Air conditioning is installed throughout the rooms and suites to ensure comfort during the warmer Mediterranean months, while heating systems maintain comfort during cooler seasons.
