The Beach House and Overhang Residence feature expansive salons, panoramic terraces, formal and informal lounges, and open-plan entertaining areas overlooking the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean. Bedrooms & Laundry
The estate accommodates up to 50 guests across 22 luxury suites and three private two-bedroom beach cottages. Suites are distributed between the main residences, each offering king-size beds, refined furnishings, and private terraces or direct beach access. All bedrooms include en suite bathrooms. Full housekeeping and professional laundry services are included, managed discreetly by the island’s dedicated staff.

Home Policies
Calivigny Island is offered on an exclusive-use basis, granting full private access to the entire 80-acre estate. The island is fully staffed, including private chefs, housekeeping, watersports team, and management, with food and beverage typically included as part of the agreed rental structure.
To secure a reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% payable no later than 90 days prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, full payment is due upon confirmation. A refundable security deposit may be requested prior to arrival and returned following departure, subject to inspection. A local tax of 15% applies.
Arrival and departure logistics are coordinated directly with the island’s management team to ensure seamless private transfers.

Calivigny Island is located just off the coast of St. George's in Grenada. Access is via a short private boat transfer from the mainland. Maurice Bishop International Airport offers year-round international connections, with airport transfers included as part of the rental.
All on-island transportation is managed by the staff, ensuring seamless movement between residences, beaches, and facilities.
House Rules
Calivigny Island is intended to be enjoyed as a private island estate and treated with care. Occupancy is limited to registered guests unless otherwise agreed for approved events. Weddings, corporate retreats, filming, and celebrations are permitted by prior arrangement only and must be coordinated with the island team.
Guests are asked to respect the natural environment, marine ecosystem, and wildlife across the island. Smoking is not permitted inside the residences.
