Calamare Point enjoys a privileged seafront setting between Avola and Noto. The nearest rocky cove can be reached on foot within a few minutes, while the sandy beaches of Contrada Gallina are approximately five minutes away by car. Avola can be reached in ten minutes, Noto in around twenty minutes and Syracuse in approximately thirty minutes. Catania Airport is just over one hour away, making the villa easily accessible while maintaining complete privacy.
