Home Policies
Bella Vista is offered as an exclusive-use private villa on Lake Como, reserved entirely for you and your guests. The estate includes a dedicated House Manager, private chef, and full-time staff to ensure a seamless and highly personalised stay. A private captained boat is included as part of the experience.
To secure a reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% balance due no later than 90 days prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, the full rental amount is payable upon confirmation. A refundable security deposit may be required prior to check-in and will be returned following departure, subject to inspection.
Arrival and departure arrangements are confirmed in advance to ensure the villa is fully prepared for your stay.

Located on the shores of Lake Como in Italy, Bella Vista enjoys an elevated panoramic position with convenient access by road and water. Milan Malpensa Airport is approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes away by car, while Milan Linate and Bergamo airports are also within comfortable reach. The included private boat with captain allows effortless movement between lakefront villages, restaurants, and historic villas. Private transfers, chauffeurs, and helicopter arrivals can be arranged upon request.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
