Home Policies
The villa is offered as an exclusive private residence with housekeeping service provided every other day and dedicated concierge support throughout your stay.
In alignment with The Grand Key payment structure, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. The remaining 50% balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, the full rental amount is payable at confirmation.
All reservations are subject to availability and formal booking confirmation.
