Wooden ceilings, painted shutters adorned with Berber motifs, smooth Tadelakt walls and textured Bajmat flooring root the villa firmly in Moroccan craftsmanship, while its intimate scale creates a sense of calm seclusion.
The villa sleeps up to three guests and feels perfectly suited to a younger member of a larger party, a companion, or a guest who may require additional assistance. The principal double bedroom opens onto its own terrace and six metre swimming pool, with a spacious en-suite shower room designed to be mobility-friendly. Circulation space, electric doors and subtle supportive details have been carefully integrated, allowing ease of movement without compromising aesthetic integrity. A secondary small en-suite double bedroom provides flexible accommodation for a carer or accompanying guest.

While the villa itself offers a private dining terrace for relaxed breakfasts and candlelit suppers, daily menus are prepared by the estate’s experienced culinary team. Guests consult with the chef and estate manager to shape a menu inspired by Moroccan and European cuisine, crafted from fresh, seasonal ingredients and served either privately at the villa or within the wider estate.
Bathrooms
Both bedrooms benefit from their own en-suite bathrooms, finished in traditional materials and designed for comfort and accessibility. Guests also enjoy full access to the estate spa, where a traditional hammam and treatment room offer unlimited therapies using Les Sens de Marrakech products and pure Moroccan argan oil.

Home Policies
Villa Azeer is offered on an exclusive-use basis, ensuring complete privacy for up to three guests. A minimum non-refundable booking fee is required to secure the reservation, with the remaining balance payable in accordance with The Grand Key booking terms.
Peak season rates apply during April, May, June, October, November and December. Alternative pricing for off-peak periods, extended stays, or combined estate bookings is available upon request.
The rate includes sole use of the villa and its facilities, unlimited spa treatments, all meals selected from the à la carte menus, soft drinks, laundry service, pool heating as required, a guided and accompanied visit to the Medina, and one return airport transfer irrespective of guest numbers.
In line with The Grand Key standards, a security deposit or pre-authorisation may be required prior to arrival to cover incidental damages. Where external suppliers, planners, or production teams are engaged for a celebration or special occasion, an additional estate event fee will apply and prior approval must be obtained.
