Home Policies
Villa La Rose is offered on an exclusive-use basis, accommodating up to 14 guests across the main residence and annex. A formal booking agreement, staged payment schedule, and security deposit or pre-authorisation are required in line with The Grand Key standards.
Daily housekeeping and in-house concierge service are included. Additional services such as private chef, butler, nanny, beauty and wellness treatments, boat charters, jet skis, kayaks, paddle boards, airport transfers, and curated excursions are available upon request and may incur additional cost.
The villa is a protected cultural property of the Republic of Croatia, and guests are required to respect the architectural integrity, historic features, and landscaped grounds at all times.
